    • If you select "Recertified" or "Used": You will receive a unit that has been professionally cleared, tested, and graded (Grade A/B) to match your specific selection. The Promise: You get exactly what you pay for. Your choice dictates the product condition, and our logistics team ensures 100% compliance with your order specifications.

  • Are both New and Used products covered by warranty? Yes. To align with industry standards, we offer tiered warranty coverage based on the product condition you select: Brand New drives are backed by our 5-Year Limited Enterprise Warranty, while Recertified or Refurbished drives come with a solid 2-Year Limited Warranty.   • How do you verify the quality before shipping? Every drive undergoes a final verification process where the Serial Number (SN) is logged and our tamper-evident warranty label is applied. This label acts as your "Certificate of Authenticity," guaranteeing that the drive’s physical condition aligns perfectly with the description on your invoice.

  • What are the estimated delivery times?

    • United Kingdom: 5-10 working days.

    • USA & Canada: 7-15 working days.

  • Why is my tracking number not showing updates? This is a normal part of our international logistics process. During the In-Transit Phase (from our SG/MY hubs to your country), the local courier will show "We're expecting your parcel." Once it clears customs and reaches your local sorting center, tracking will activate with daily updates until delivery. This does not affect your total delivery time.
