  • If you select "New": You will receive a 100% factory-fresh, unused unit. Through our rigorous supplier audits, we ensure our "New" inventory is strictly original OEM and has never been refurbished.

  • If you select "Factory-Recertified": You will receive a unit that has been officially recertified to meet strict manufacturer specifications. These drives offer optimal health and extremely low Power-On Hours (POH) with enterprise-grade reliability.

  • If you select "Enterprise Refurbished": You will receive a unit that has been previously deployed, then professionally sanitized, diagnostically tested, and reconditioned. We operate with radical transparency: the estimated usage lifecycle (Power-On Hours / POH) is explicitly disclosed on the specific product page. For drives not instantly recognized by your OS or RAID controller, we recommend checking your SATA/SAS interface, HBA cards, or server backplane compatibility. We also require running diagnostic tools like Seagate SeaTools to confirm any hardware faults and generate a failure code before initiating a warranty RMA. Why is my tracking number not showing immediate updates?
