Excellent product, value for money, just perfect. 5 stars all day long

Quick delivery from Singapore to uk. Test work as should and register with seagate warranty. Only has 12 months warranty as drive was made in 2022. Seagate starts the 3 warranty from date of manufacture not from date of purchase. After some research this is somthing seagate does. across all their drives which is understandable so something to watch out for if you are buying for the warranty. I can fault robert electronics for this. The price for this drive is excellent and will buying additional drives from them in the future.

Drive received, installed and working!

I was a little concerned as it was a good deal for an 8tb Ironwolf and was sure there must be a catch. 9 days later and as scheduled the drive arrived in good packaging through tracked Royal Mail. It’s now installed, tested and running in my NAS. I have checked the warranty and it reports covered but not in my area so will need to use Robert’s own RMA service (as expected) if I have any issues, but so far it’s all good, happy to recommend and will use again. Andy, Highlands, Scotland.

Perfect

Perfect. Took about 2 weeks to arrive and the drive I bought is really an official Ironwolf and is brand new.
I recommend, but I don't know why it is that cheap.

Great service, no complaints

Ordered late on the 16th November, delivered to the UK on 28th. Brand new drive as described and warranty valid with Seagate until Jan 2025.

Great prices, no trouble with refunds, comms or service

I will be honest, I was worried about ordering when I read that shipping was from abroad as I was worried about the condition of the drives on arrival and difficulties returning. I had placed an order and cancelled because of my worries. They refunded the order with no trouble. But I was really attracted to their low prices, so I contacted RE about my worries and they responded quickly, reassured me that any returns would be through the UK office, so I took a chance and ordered. Drives arrived within the 2 weeks, well packaged. Have been running for 1 week so far and no problems so far. I was able to register the drive warranties with Seagate no trouble. My experience so far has been really good, and I would recommend ordering from RE, their prices are difficult to beat
